I called and spoke with a gentleman on the phone about our countertop needs. He was nice and answered all my questions, but their scheduler was out to lunch, so I left my name, number, and my email so an appointment could be scheduled to measure my existing countertops. Didn’t hear back until a day or two later. I set the appointment within their business hours, which match my own, so I had to take off from work to be available. NO ONE SHOWS UP!! I don’t get a phone call, an email, or anything to even reschedule or notify me of a problem. I emailed the scheduler a couple of hours after the appointment was to begin, and I said that no one showed up, and that I took off work to be available. It’s now 5 days later *Spoiler alert* NO REPLY!

They were very friendly and extremely helpful! They also had the best prices I found in the area!
