The price that is displayed and advertised is WRONG! I was looking into the one bedroom that says $525...come to find out they enforce cable which is an extra $80 bucks and isn't an option to decline so really the rent is $605, which she then said $600...so what is it, $525, $600 or $605? Same apartment mind you...they are VERY disorganized and they haven't a clue as to what they are doing!!! Plus they have it in the application that if you decline to move in then they get to keep your deposit! They tried to keep mine but as I informed Dalila, this is illegal and false advertisement so my reason to decline is valid. She tried to lie many times saying she told me about the REAL rent amount before I gave my deposit which was a major lie. She didn't tell me about the real cost of the apartment until AFTER I paid the deposit. After tellung her I was waiting to hear back from the BBB and taking them to court to refund my money, they are returning my deposit and immediately. Seems to me they are very aware they know what they are doing is wrong! People stay clear of this dishonest, disgusting company!!! Know your rights, if they display one price but than tell you another, that already voids whatever nonsense they try to do to keep your deposit. It's a slimy tact to keep your deposit by not telling you NOR advertising the REAL cost of the apartment until after they get your deposit. I will still be reporting them to the BB, unfortunately not everyone knows their rights and will be lied out of their hard earned money. Just immoral how the office "management" is!!!
