I would not use this firm. The salesman new very little about the product. I was interested in the Penntex Coating for my garage. He wanted money up front. I told him that I would pay when the job was completed. The District Attorney in Cleveland just warned people in Cleveland County to get the job done before payment. When I called the owner of the firm he was not helpful at all. I would stay away from this firm.

With extreme regret, we hired SW builders for a $40K add-on to our house. They were sloppy, cut corners, broke things around the house, didn't always get parts of construction straight, surprised us with extra charges, complained back at us when we pressed them to fix their mistakes, and they fought and fought us to forgo elements of the project explicitly written into the contract. Hence, we paid for work they wouldn't in the end do. Some of the sub-contractors simply wouldn't follow my instructions, did it their own way, and left us with something that we don't like and just looks messed up. The sales guy and a few of the sub-contractors seemed honest and genuine, but once problems started to creep up, the management had a terrible attitude. We would leave messages for days, only sometimes hear back, wait for weeks for things to be fixed, if ever, and eventually, we just gave up trying and have been hiring others to deal with the aftermath. Sheer disgust.

We had a sunroom added to the back of our house. The experience with Southwest Builders was great. They completed the project in the time that they estimated, the workers were cheerful and helpful, abd they kept their work area clean. We are very pleased with our beautiful sunroom and it has withstood storms that required us to replace the roof of our house.
