I was referred to Dr. Smith after my gynecologist couldn't figure out my pain issues. He scheduled an injection (unfortunately didn't go well) and the second injection went great. But we had already scheduled a procedure, which I was on board with, because of past issues that return and while taking care of that, looked for any other issues. He scheduled after care treatment for me and stayed on my case, conferring with my injection Dr and my gynecologist. His staff was always extremely nice and professional. I would send any of my friends or family to him if they had the same issues. The only reason he did not get 5 stars is because I have had to wait on the table for quite some time during some appointments. I will see him again in about 2 weeks and I would like to think and believe the service will be just as great.

Professionalism is absolutely lacking at this office. I have been a patient for a little over a year and will never return because things will not get better. My confidential information has been shared with one other patient that I know of (a friend who is also a patient at this facility) on two different circumstances. I am taking further action and will NEVER return to this HIGHLY UNPROFESSIONAL office again. I would absolutely NOT recommend this office if you are looking for professional staff who does not talk about you behind your back to other patients.
