Our house flooded at the end of April and dealing with this company has been a NIGHTMARE. misses appt after missed appt. Multiple no call no shows are taking off work. They say they call, but hello! We have cell phones that will show missed calls! The manager said he would check their GPS because his employees might have just not wanted to come by. Awesome, thanks for sending untrustworthy liars to my house! Job still not complete over a month later! Just received approval from insurance to change companies!! No more dealing with these flakes!

one day I decided to check to see how much my carpet would cost to have clean the first red flag was that somebody answer the phone and gave me a different number to call. The phone number I called was the number in those yellow pages After my conversation with the gentlemen I called and spoke with another gentlemen and he informed me that it would be $340 to clean less than a thousand Square feet.then this man has the nerve to tell me that since i live in a apartment that I probably don't even have a thousand square feet. Like 1000 square feet is alot of space. What a numb nut!!!

i was shocked to learn that they have had a convicted felon in my home cleaning my possessions! I did not feel very safe!
