Brandon was a great young man and really enjoyed listening to the young man tell me everything about my A/C. He explained how it worked and showed me the parts I needed cleaned. Service was outstanding but only gave four stars due to fact they didn't come out Thursday evening and I had to wait till Friday morning. House was extremely hot and wished they could of came out thursday night.

They seemed to have given me good advice up front, the installation was quick and very professionally done and they went out of their way to help us afford the unit. I was very grateful for the excellent service we received.

The tech that came out was honest, and they helped me so much with a situation to get my AC fixed. It was so refreshing to have a company that actually cares about the customer. I would recommend them to friends. thank you Firsttime

My house is now cooler than ever thanks to Justin! Great price for replacing some parts and the guys that came out were just awesome!! If you have a choice on who comes out to put in equipment, ask for Justin!!!

I understand everybody is busy right now in the heat and air industry . I called a few companies to come out to service my AC , and this company came out today . I am really glad i made the call !!! Dustin did a great job.

The only reason I decided to use this company was because of the awesome reviews from friends and the ones on here. Its obvious this company has great standards. Will be using them as long as they are around.

Where did all the rain go?? Wanted to say thanks to First Time for being able to come out and check out my a/c unit. The 4th wouldn't have been any fun if we were all sweating all day. So thanks again.

Lol , I read the review from last guy posted. Not sure if your competition of First time or just don't like them. I can tell you why they have all the reviews and others don't. I used them for plumbing call then a A/C call. Each time I was asked by tech and secretary if I liked the service to post a review here on yellowpages.com. Im sure other companies simply don't ask. So whether your a real person seeking a maintenance agreement or simply competition of them. I think it's great of them to ask. Their techs give good service simply because they know they are being reviewed and risk a bad one. Pretty smart of you ask me. Your review will not hurt them cause they give great service. Oh yea I did see them as one of the top five companies in Oklahoma in readers choice award. Maybe you should try them and see if they ask you to leave a review and you'll delete your post. Sorry about rambling , but people can be so mean.

Got three quotes , one from a local company , one from Moore , and First Time. I had no idea what to expect. Prices from some companies are so high , it is a rip off. Over 8,000 dollars , Come on. I know these companies advertise and that's how we find them. But I don't want to pay their whole year on me. First Time gave me a great price. I heard their price on the radio and called to see if they would honor it and they did. Love my system and would recommend to everyone !!

Thought we were going to have to go all weekend without air. Justin installed our new system on this hot Saturday. Really enjoy it !!!

To many people only do this on a company to complain. Not this time,this company deserves to be recoginized forr their amazing service !!! I had a simple repair and only spent $89.00 but without them i would be hot. My kids i know appreciate them.The tech Rick was very nice and very professional .

Its a hotttt Saturday and i really expected when i called First Tim for them to say they cant come until Monday. To my suprise they came out today and repaired my A/C. I am so HAPPY !!!!!

This heat is like last year. Hope not as manh 100 degree days. Thanks Brandon for fixing my air conditioner. Very nice guy. I believe he went above and beyond. I'm very thankful !!!!

Being out of town a lot its hard to find a company that will work with my schedule to check out my a/c. Really appreciated that about this company.

MY HOUSE STANK!! Couldn't stand it any longer, had another company scheduled and they would have been out next week. Next Week!! That is ridiculous, I called First Time and they came out that day and got my house smell as good as flowers!! Thanks Johnny!

Oklahoma heat and the hail is not a good mixture together, it ruined my a/c. Glad first time came to the rescue and got a new unit installed the same day! You can't turn down the cheapest price in town. The guys that came out were pretty cool. Now I'm living cool!

I got many quotes and many really didn't explain what I was getting for my money. Quotes were all different. Many different price ranges. Learned a lot about seers and efficiency. I saved thousands compared to other quotes. Eric was very informative and gave me a price I couldn't refuse. I'd recommend First Time and Lennox systems !!!

Every business I called was, "Sorry can't be out until next week," that's is crazy with this heat! Glad I could call First Time and get it done right!
