I have used Red Carpet at the location by Penn Square Mall once a week, on average, since I bought my first black vehicle in 2007. After 10 years, I am finally refusing to ever use Red Carpet again. The quality of the services have consistently worsened over the last year or two. I have spoken with the management, called the management, emailed the management, and just blew off the poor quality of washes so many times that I'm convinced they do not care about a good result. I will never again use any Red Carpet.

I got a full detail a couple weeks ago. Red Carpet made my four year old car look almost like new. they did a very thorough job both inside and out. I fell like I got my money's worth.
