Prairie Springs Shameful Behavior = > the landscaping company working on the Prairie Springs, Oklahoma City property damaged my car while chopping trees/branches.



When I asked them about the damage they told me they did not do it and in the same breath told me I should contact apartment office. It was surprising to notice that the only trees that had their branches down on the entire property was the trees that was chopped by the landscapers. Chopped branch versus branch broken by wind is very easy to distinguish.



When I spoke to the apartment office they asked me to file an incident report, almost admitting to the damage. I promptly filed the incident report. The apartment office also asked for pictures of damaged car and an estimate for repair. I complied with their requirement within a week.



The company did not respond for several days. When I followed-up, they continued sand bagging saying talk to him/her, will call you back, call next-day......blah...blah.......

When I was relentless, they told me they would not pay for it and neither would they reveal landscaping company’s information. I incurred $1200 in repair cost.



I wondered what Prairie Springs was trying to do, by initially admitting to the damage, not sharing the landscaping company’s information and finally not paying for it.



It was a highly irresponsible, shameful, scamming and cheating behavior of Prairie springs and CaseUSA property Management Company.



I would never recommend this nasty place to anyone.
