It's been 4 weeks since my water leak and still haven't been back to finish the job! They have actually made the issue worse with their "heaters" and it cracked several cabinet doors and warped back doors. Promise to be out certain days and then don't come - take forever to return calls and overall very poor service. I would NOT recommend!

OK Steam & Restoration dried our home completely in two days from a broken water line in our utility. Very professional, knowledgeable and polite. Quick response. Called at 11:30PM; talked with a live tech; no answering service or recorder. Ok in my books.Samual A.MWC, Okla.
