He's my favorite service representative because of his professionalism, the manner in which he respects my property, and his customer service skills in representing the Oklahoma Air Conditioner Company.

I could not give Enough stars to explain how much I appreciate this company. My 80-year-old father has been without heat for several days during this Arctic freeze and today finally somebody figured out what could possibly be the problem and also brought him some heaters to use in case it fails. Brennon has taken time to explain what the issue might be and is still there fixing the issue. I am over an hour away but was ready to come get him as it is too cold to go without heat especially when you are 80!!!!!!! Thank you so so much for helping my dad I am crying with happiness that he won't freeze!!!!!! ❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤

We have been using Oklahoma Air for our a/c & heater maintenance for 2 years now. They are always on time & very professional. Not only maintaining our units, they also cleaned our dryer vent (to prevent lint build up) & fixed our noisy bathroom vents. A great company!

I had Oklahoma Air Conditioning replace my 20 year old gas furnace and condensing unit in October of 2018. They installled an XV18 air conditioner with a varible speed compressor and an XC80 gas furnace. They also did some work on my plenum and return air duct work. My bills have decreased significantly and the comfort level inside my home is much better. They have been out three times since installation for scheduled service to the system which is reassuring to know that everthing is performing satisfactorily.

Home warranty couldn't get a contractor out to my home when my furnace died. They authorized me to find my own. Saw the great reviews for Oklahoma Air! On a whim called and talked to Kathy. Very pleasant and understanding. She got a technician out on a Friday night. He diagnosed and showed me a crack in my heat exchanger causing a "flame roll out." Big safety issue! They had two installers, Chris and Jose at my home first thing Monday morning!! Two and a half hours later, heater installed and a warm house!! Great customer service and all around great transaction! Will call them again!!

I would rate 10 stars if I had the option!I don't know if anyone out there is "old school" like I am but I was So refreshed by the good ole, old fashion customer service provided by Oklahoma Air! When Mark came out to give an estimate, I was so impressed with him putting back everything he moved in order to gain access to the old furnace. Now that's great home training:-) However, the true mark of this great leader and company is that ALL of his team did the very same thing in his absense!They were such a professional and great bunch of guys.Special Thank you Mark for providing me the information and steps needed to obtain the energy efficient rebates! Cha-ching back to us! Ever little bit helps :-) My brother in law left here just a little bit ago needing to check into a new hvac. Without hesitation, we highly recommended Oklahoma Air. Thank you Mark and your team for helping to restore my faith in quality customer service in this day and time. I've been using Oklahoma Air Conditioning for years now. I wouldn't reccomend anyone else for your heat and air needs. I have never had a bad experience with Oklahoma Air. I'm happy to support a local, family owned company that puts its customers first.

Our family has used Oklahoma Air Conditioning for years now. They have helped us with a leak and replaced our furnace and air conditioning unit. They have always been very prompt when returning calls and servicing or units. I have recommended this co. To several people and they have experienced the same quality of service. Oklahoma Air is a great company to work with.

Oklahoma Air Conditioning has gone out of the way to meet my service needs. Several years ago, my air conditioner quit working on the 4th of July. The owner Mark was at a party but promptly came to my house and repaired my air conditioner and made sure my system worked. I have worked with the company for 5 years. I do recommend their service to my friends!

Would never recommend this company, Getting them to follow up on installations is like pulling teeth, wont return calls even after multiple calls. The company reminds me of the old adage about used car salesman make the sale and once its off the lot its your problem.DONT believe me and pay the price...good luck.

don't use this company they are unreliable and do not do competent work. I had a complete heat and air conditioning system installed, wish I hadn't. They will do an installation and then disappear, the owner will not return calls unless you call everyday to annoy them. The owner admitted they installed a defective thermostat along with other problems and was going to replace but never showed up again. He showed up when a Trane rep. showed up and said he would fix my problems to look as though he cared in front of the rep. and I never heard from him again. I would not recommend this company to someone I hated. Be warned you will be sorry,sorry,sorry....

Oklahoma Air Conditioning came to my house this week to inspect my furnace. The technician Ted, did a very through inspection of my furnace. I feel very at ease now that I have had my furnace inspected for the Winter and have a carbon monoxide dector installed. Thank you Oklahoma Air Conditioning for giving me peace of mind for the upcomming Winter. I will definately call your company again.

A very happy customer

Oklahoma Air has been servicing our heating and air conditioning unit for the past 18 years. Our home was constructed with a duct system that was too small to accommodate the also too small air conditioning system that was installed when the home was built in 1983. Mark Kaserman and his crew installed a unit to take care of the entire house, also installing the correct size duct work to carry the heat and air evenly throughout the space. During the past 18 years, we have found Oklahoma Air to be not only fair and reasonable in their pricing and service charges, but also very quick to help out with any problems we have had. We wholeheartedly recommend them for both heating and air conditioning!

Oklahoma Air Conditioning did a great job getting my air conditioner working on one of the hottest days of the summer. I called they came to my house in a very prompt and professional manner, the technician's name was Ted, he explained what he was doing got my air conditioner working. Thank you for getting my house cool and putting my mind at ease. I would definately recommend your company.!!!!

I chose several companies to give me an estimate on a new trane air system. I chose Oklahoma air because they did a better assessment on my house than any of the others that came. They were the only ones who went into my attic to look at the duct work, which needed some updates. On the day of installation, their crew completed the install in one full day...or so I thought. You see, my unit was installed in the winter time and on the first hot spring day of 90 degrees we tried to turn the air conditioner on for the first time and it did not work at all! Since it was the weekend we were stuck in the heat with a brand new (and not cheap) unit that was not running. We were frustrated and called on Monday. In a few days, someone came to look at it and it turned out that they had not finished hooking the air conditioniner up all the way and they had not told us that, so we thought that everything was ready to go. A second thing that bothered me was that when they came and did my estimate they recommended the installation of a second vent in one room and included it in the estimate. Getting near the end of the install day of I asked about the vent because they had not started working on it yet and they changed their tune and said to wait and see how the unit worked in the summer months because they didn't want to overwhelm the room with too much air. Well even though that work was included in my estimate they still charged me the same price as if they had done that work. A few months later I called them and they came back to install the extra vent for no charge. All in all, they were not perfect, but they made everything right and I would probably use them again.

I would recommend this company to anyone needing service, repair or maintenance on their air conditioning units, duct work or heaters. They are honest and really care about their customers. I'm on their maintenance plan and have been for several years now. Their technicians are respectful, nice and always on-time. If you are looking for a heat and air repair and maintenance company to service your home or business, I would look no further than Oklahoma Air.

I've used them for years after having used other various companies in the past. They are on time, know what they are doing, and don't rip you off like some other companies. They even gave me a good deal on a new unit (i priced them out to see...) when I needed one and got it installed quickly so i wouldn't suffer with no a/c in the summer. Would definitely recommend them to anyone needing repairs or new things.
