Lawn care has become easy for me due to the new lawn mower I bought from here.
My lawn mower is an affordable high quality machine. Thanks to O Connors!

Customer service is one of the worst. Their customer service is equivalent to walmarts. Ive now spent over $5k in their store with a zero turn, two different push mowers, a blower, an edger, and some other random odds and ends like weed killer, machetes, oil, etc.

Every time i walk in there, they act like im some little kid and just ignore me. several times, ive walked in stood around for 10 minutes waiting for someone to come help me, and some older person walks in, and within 30 seconds, they walk over to them first.

Also, they have no demo models!!!!! so you better know from just the eye popping colors of the machine that it will be what you want. And if you get it home and try it, and dont like it, too bad, they just made money, but u cant return it for something different.

Their online website claims one price and then when you get in-store, its more, just because they have put a couple screws in for you., like $100 or more difference.

Dont go there if your under 30, they will treat you like garbage!!

Getting a proper handy model for lawn care is pretty tough. I finally found a shop where we can completely rely on and it is O Connors. Lawn mower I purchased from here is working good and my lawn looks better too.

All latest models of lawn mowers from best manufacturers across the USA is here. By seeing the wide selection out here, my never resting shopper got a lot settled. I selected an affordable model too.

I purchased a brand new Lawnmower from O'Connor. They delivered the machine exactly on time. Amazing service!

At last, I found my perfect aeration machine. O'Connor got some really good models and also we can expect all types of lawn and garden maintenance equipment at convenient prices.

I recently bought a Ferris IS2100Z zero-turn mower at O'Connors in September, ta king advantage of the discounts.  Kevin O'Connor helped me find the one that was right for me.  He answered all my questions, yet did not pressure me in any way.  In fact, it was a very pleasant buying experience.  He even let me demo a unit in the parking lot.  I came back a week later and made the purchase.
 
When I came to pick up my new mower the next day, it was all ready to go with my new mulching kit installed.  The Customer Service team was very helpful, helping me load it on my trailor and answering all my questions on care and service. They even gave me a free Ferris hat.

Overall, I liked shopping at O'Connors and would recommend it to a friend.

Finally, I recommend the Ferris IS2100Z commercial grade zero-turn mower to everyone.  I bought the 52-inch with the B&S 810 Vanguard engine.  This mower has the four-wheel independent suspensions and rides like a dream.  I can cut my lawn 3Xs faster than with my 48-Inch lawn tractor.  Getting the higher-end suspension is well worth the extra money, as is the larger engine, especially since I mulch my grass, and like to cut my 1.5 acres fast.  My time is valuable, and it will probably outlast the low-end series of Ferris.  I am very happy that I chose Ferris, and this model.

Lawn equipment I purchased from O'Connors is doing well with my garden. They delivered it right at my doorstep which was a great help. The experience was comfortable, convenient and affordable.

Only because there isn't anything lower than 1 star. SSLLLOOOOWWWWest service on the planet. Beats me how they keep winning the Okla. Gazette contest except I always found the Gazette to be worth exactly what they charge for it---nothing. Guess the only voters are their staff. Priority job? Preferred customer? That means it only takes 3 weeks to fix a broken belt rather than a month. You'd think they'd put on extra service people in the summer? Because not many of the things break in January? Ya think? Nope. Always a minimum 2-week delay, then it gets worse. No discount is worth spending 2/3 of the season without a mower. I wouldn't go back if it was free.

I am a commercial and residential customer and have been to O'Conners many times. I have several pieces of equipment from there and some that I have picked up here and there. regardless they have always answered any questions I have ever had fixed/ worked on and YES Stood behind everything they sold or did for me. I know some of you guys out there just abuse your tools and then just cry when noone fixes it for free. Well quit expecting a free ride and shut up!!!!!

HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE service. I paid $4k for a new mower 1 year ago and it has spent more time in their shop than on my lawn. This time it took them 3 weeks to just fix a broken belt. They are really good at selling you the mower, but if something breaks, good luck getting it fixed. It took them so long to fix it this last time(yes, it has been in their shop more than once in 1 year) I had to hire a lawn service to mow my lawn. (it was about 12-14 inches high) and when i would call to check on my mower, they did NOT care. All they would say is 'Call back in a couple of days". I will NEVER buy another mower from them and I sure won't ever let them work on my mower again.

They have a good attitude but the quality of their service work is poor. I've had my Stihl edger in there three times and it still won't run. I'm taking my edger and 5 other Stihl products somewhere else in the future.

Horrible Service - The only 2 customers in the store were myself and another unsatisfied customer. Both of our mowers were returned unrepaired. We were charged but the mowers weren't fixed. He was bringing his Farris back for the 3rd time. He bought it from O'Connors 4 years ago. I bought a new mower from another store. I looked a 2 smaller local stores that were recommended by satisfied customers. I met unsatisified former O'Connors customers in both stores. If you look online you will see that O'Connors positive reviews are from customers who have bought a mower and haven't needed service yet. I haven't read a single positive service review to date.
