The employees were nice, but they charged me double the price for boxes that I should have paid. I purchased 15 large boxes from them for $45+ taxes. I should have received a discount since I purchased 15 boxes but that was not the case. I didn't challenge the price as I was busy. I won't purchase anything from them again and I won't use their storage facility they were more expensive than traditional u-haul facilities also. But they did give me a roll of tape for free. Oh wait they overcharged me for boxes so I guess I paid for the tape.
