Andy has been coming by every week in the summer for four years He does a really good job cleaning up the leaves in the winter for me too.

This review builds up to the reason we don't use him anymore. Used for a while for mowing and leaf removal. Average to below average work. (Unmowed areas or edging included but not completed at time of service) Then finally, admitted to damaging our property to the point we needed an after hours plumber call. Had to shut off water at the main near the street. Then will not pay or work off the damages even though he said he would. I have the texts to prove it. Now he doesn't even reply.

His last two reviews were excellent, but notice he hasn't had one since 2011. Don't know what happened between then and mid 2012, but this business has obviously gone downhill. If you look Nature Scape up on Angie's list, you will see he got some scathing reviews... and his response to them was less than professional, he also can't spell. The reviews were so bad, he had to change the name of his business and shut down his Facebook page. I hope he learned his lesson about how NOT to treat customers.



His work wasn't bad, pretty standard for an average company that does lawn mowing and cleanup. Where he really drops the ball is his attitude when you question him on anything or have any criticism of his work. He immediately becomes defensive, or in my case, he turned into a complete jerk using profanity and acting more like an 8th grade bully. What a loser. If you run across a lawn guy named ANDY BURKE, don't hire him. He will do a good job at first, then you will regret it.

Naturescapes has been a great lawn service for over two years. Great job, attention to detail, friendly and trustworthy service.
