Extremely professional and personable. Very up front regarding pricing and what may or may not need to be done. Scott gave me an appt time and told me exactly who would be showing up. Robert was on time (early even) and explained exactly what the issue was. I HIGHLY recommend MinnTech for all your electrical needs. They will definitely be my first call should another need arise!
