I know there are a lot of problems that come with managing apartments, but when people pay their rent and don't cause problems, if something go wrong in said apartment, things should get fixed in a timely manner. It is not my fault that those in the office must have bitten off more than they can handle. Not my fault, get off of it and do your jobs! I bet the people who work in the office don't have to wait days before what they want done gets done. Those that pay must want to stay and that is money in your pocket (Mr. Owner). Help us out and get to fixing some stuff!!!

This is the best apartment I could find in OKC for my budget, and my family's needs. The crime rate in the area was considerably lower than some of the other complexes, and the pet policy was quite lenient. When I first started looking to move to OKC, I was afraid I would not be able to afford to have my 2 cats, because some of the apartments required up to $500 in deposits or would only allow one. Maintenance is efficient. It does get noisy at times but I'm sure there's no absolutely quiet place here. From what I've read on apartment ratings sites, I have it pretty good here.
