Though the actual work they performed was exactly what we asked for, and we paid them within a week for the job, a year later someone at the office forged signatures and tried to charge me $500. When I called, they insisted it had been a clerical error and that I would be refunded. Instead of getting a refund, I was charged another $500 two weeks later. When the credit card company reversed the charges, they claimed the $1000 was owed to them for work they performed. Absolute scumbags.
