My screen was shattered and the technicians did a great job installing a new one. They even replaced it again (for FREE!!) when the screen was not being as responsive as it should be.

I took my daughter’s IPhone 6plus to the south shields location the day before Thanksgiving to have the screen replaced. She had broken it about a month earlier and I wanted to get it repaired before the holidays. They replaced the screen however it stopped working within 24hrs. I took it back to the south store then to the north a total of approximately 7 times. They could never get it working right, they told me they were going to replace the screen again, each time they had to order. I thought that odd they have little to no inventory even for one the most sold phones in the country. After 7 trips close to 16 days of not being able to use the phone I took it to another repair company they replaced in a couple hours and it works perfect. I asked the owner for a refund and his attitude was just no refunds because THEY would have fixed it, although I took it in when they said and did everything they said they could or would not make it right. There are so many places proving these services now I would not do business with them again they just don’t seem to know what they are doing. Lots of excuses
