Mr. Herley fixed my microwave and helped with my refrigerator and oven. I found him to be polite, professional and very knowledgeable. If needed I would use Herley’s Repair again without hesitation.

DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS!! My home warranty company hired them to fix my dishwasher. Tech showed up, first thing he said was "I know you don't like it cause it is old". I replied no, I didn't like it cause it didn't work. He turned it on, it splashed water, he said it is OK and works. He didn't check the internal pump to see if it was working properly nor to see if there was perhaps an internal filter that might be clogged. (not a tech-googled the problem!) Tech refused my money (service fee), then company charged thru warranty. Called Herley, he was onerous, bigoted, rude, and downright offensive. Instead of seeing the issue, said he was going to send me a check for 75.00, as having money in my pocket I didn't earn might make me happy. Just one of MANY rude and offensive statements he made. I told him money wasn't the issue-it was having his tech refuse payment because, as he said, he didn't perform service, then finding out that Herley had billed my warranty, and never performed a service that any properly trained technician should have done for the payment claimed. I am a 100% disabled combat veteran; I have worked for every dime I have. Never have I taken money I didn't earn. On that note, never have I charged anyone for a service not delivered.
