Closed early because it was the end of the month.

The doors were locked at 4:40 p.m. I understand if the system is down or there is an emergency but this was strictly due to the agent and staff wanting to be out at 5:00. If the sign on the door says 5:00 the agency needs to lock the door at 5:00. There were people outside who had taken off work early and made arrangements to get there before 5:00. I went on in through the exit door and demanded to be seen. They said it may be 20 or 30 minutes. I told them that was fine. (There were only about 10 people in there and several lines.) I waited about a minute and then was called up. The staff was rude and the agents reply was that she was independently owned. Who runs a business like that? No doubt they were all out by 5:00. I will never go back in there again.

The best Tag Agency on the south side! Super Professional and always pleasant to work with! You don't stay in business for over 20 years without doing things right! Only downside is they are super busy, but again when you are the best, doesn't surprise me!

Discriminatory towards individuals that have DUI's. They lied and told me they couldn't give a standard OK ID when I had SS and expired DL. Biased, judgementaly, unprofessional, and rude... Maybe racist too. The older lady is on the far left when you walk in.
