"Good" is definitely not the definition of this company. I hired them to unload a truck for me, and they required pre-payment via PayPal in order to book with them. Not only did they not show for the job, they did not return any phone calls, text messages or emails. I eventually ended up filing a dispute with PayPal and my credit card company and filed a Better Business Bureau complaint against them.



THIEVES! Can't say I didn't warn you!

They require you to prepay via PayPal, and then when your moving day comes, they can't be reached and don't show up. I had to dispute the transaction with PayPal and my credit card company.

I used Good Brothers to move my belongings from my house to a storage facility a few miles away. It took them much longer than other moving companies (which means more $$) and they broke and/or damaged about 70% of my things. I filled out the proper insurance papers and never heard a word. After many, many phone conversations with both Neal and his secretary and promises that the "check was in the mail", I finally filed a lawsuit. I won, of course, as they didn't even bother to show up to court. Two years later, I'm still waiting on compensation for all the damage they caused. I wouldn't even give them one star, but otherwise I wouldn't have been able to post this. BEWARE!

I used them & they literally stole my most valuable load of furniture!! Now he is avoiding me at all cost. Won't answer calls & if he (Neal) does pic up by chance, then he gives me the runaround and says he's out of town and never returns my call. Full size truck load, those are family heirlooms bro, you better stop bS'ing me around or I'll drop so many lawsuits on you & tie you up in court that you'll never stay afloat.!!!!!! You know I have the money to do it. LAST WARNING!

They committed to showing up between 8-930. No one at 10:00, called repeatedly, no answer. Had to call the Tulsa line (moving within OKC) to get them to get a hold of the OKC guys. They finally called back and said they had run long on a job yesterday and would have to finish that one first (they could have called last night but did not). Said they would be there by 12-1230. 130 they finally arrive and tell me they would need a third guy which would cost extra. This is a two bed apartment with normal amount of furniture, how do you not know you need a third? Then, they would only offer a 10%discount for their crap service and made me sign a contract before they would begin any work. Could have scrapped it and gone with someone else but had already taken the day off work and couldn't afford another. DO NOT USE!!!!! Good Brothers not so Good after all.

They moved my things and broke two lamps and messed up my armoire and scratched my ceiling and put a hole in the ceiling. They finally came out to fix my ceiling but made it worse than ever! I have called and left messages and they will not return my call. They promised they would come back to fix it and it's been a month and no one has called. I would NEVER use them again! And since they moved my things I have heard from other very unhappy people that have went through similar situations with them.

I used Good Bros to move my stuff after reading some good and bad reviews. Most were good and they provided a good price so I went with them. While they were cheaper than the national moving services I definetly got what I paid for. I put my stuff in storage with them for around 5 days and in the process they lost the slats to my bed and a box full of my drinking glasses. The slats were custom made so I had to procure material to rebuild them and also had to procure new glassware. Twice I called to have an insurance claim form mailed to me so we could work things out but it never arrived. Please tread carefully when using Good Brothers and don't use them if you are looking to store your stuff as it will get lost.

These people seem like compulsive liars. They'll do anything to get your money. For example, they said they arrived at my place earlier than they actually did. They didn't follow me to my new place when I told them to. They got lost two or three times. One of them was sitting down some of the time while the other was slowly moving furniture by himself. The service was not worth $500. Also, telling me you want to take lunch in the middle of moving my furniture is NOT professional.



I do not recommend "Good" Brothers. In all seriousness. I'm a people person and I can get along with anyone until they start scamming me.

These guys are great!



They arrived on time.

Not a scratch on any of the furniture. Though they did toss the boxes a bit roughly when loading them into the truck (but to be fair no boxes had FRAGILE written on them. I'm still glad that I had already moved all the fragile stuff on my own).

They wrapped all the furniture and TV, and even had complimentary loaner wardrobe boxes.

Communication was great - got confirmation emails after booking; had no problems changing the date a week prior; and even another confirmation call the day before my move.

The movers asked where I wanted things once we got to the new place. I wanted all the boxes in the garage so not to clutter the house, and the guys set them in aisles for easy access around the boxes - fabulous!

They took down and set up all the furniture perfectly.

Hopefully, I don't have to move again for a long time, but would definitely use them again next time.

Hello This is Al with All My Brothers Moving. For the record Mr neil and your irate customer. I have no affiliation with good brothers moving. I actually never heard of them. apparently you heard of me. For you info Neil. I am a legal legit company im not in OKC. Im located in tulsa and little rock Ar. so keep your slander to your self have a great day.

Be careful with GOOD BROTHERS and ALL MY BROTHERS MOVING...same people different company names! Your household items may end up in police impound along with the moving truck they are using! They RENT trucks and DO NOT pay for the rental (credit card declines)!! Keep trucks longer than agreed and of course truck companies must report them stolen! As of now they have had 2 (two) STOLEN trucks! Be careful, that truck may contain your belongings...Everyone have an EXCELLENT day! =)

Don't use Good Brothers!!!! They have two workers that live in a halfway house because they just got out of prison!!!!! One of their workers just got arrested while on the job I might add for a warrant.....And they say they do back ground checks!!!! I knew somebody who worked there. The owner has no clue how to run a business he just knows how to break the laws and not get caught, Very Dirty people all the way from the secretary to the owner. I'm for ex criminals to have a second chance but do you really want them to move your house, they would know what you have, where you live. Just not smart to use them.

These guys are hacks at best. I won't want these guys moving my dog house. To begin with they were nearly two hours late to the house. Once they arrived they seemed very rushed and tried to cram my belonging head long down the staircase with little to no regard for my walls or furniture. They tracked dirt on my freshly cleaned floors several times. They refused to listen to my advice about moving my fragile pieces citing their expertise over and over. They left food and beverage wrappers all over the place. What a mesh! If you have a cousin Jim-Bob and Elmer his fishing buddy with only a single tooth in his 53' Chevy Pick-up to help you move you would be well advised if you used them rather than these numb skulls I assure you!

Good brothers had a fast internet response to my quote … crew came well prepared for my move were fast and had great customer service… did a great job no complaints what so ever!

I definitely recommend these guys. Uniformed crew, strong, cute & friendly. I was a nervous wreck until Good Brothers Moving showed up (10 minutes early) and assured me I was in good hands and they would take care of my move. 6 hours later I was on my couch, watching TV in my new house. I thought it would take twice as long. From the management to the movers, The Good Brothers team was wonderful!
