I spoke to the receptionist about getting our chimney inspected and having our gas fireplace logs cleaned on a Friday. By 9am Monday, Charlie was on the job impressing us with his workmanship. We inquired about air duct cleaning and he was able to do that for us the same day by having his schedule switched around. He pointed out obviously damaged ridge cap on the chimney and we asked him to replace that. During the duct cleaning, he made us aware that we needed to attend to repair on one of those with our a/c man before there is additional damage. Charlie spent considerable time with us, answered all of my articulate husband's questions to his satisfaction, did a fantastic job on each task, and we are more than pleased. We gained from his expertise and thoroughness and this company has our vote of confidence. Charlie, by the way, is very friendly and professional, and a heck of a nice guy. He represents this company well!
