I'm not understanding why it is 7pm and the complex's water is off. Called the office to find out when it would be back on (would like to shower after being at work 10+ hours) the answer I received was "there is no estimated time". So I'm suppose to sit in sweat and dirt until when? Need to be more professional and manage their time more efficiently. When it is time to pay rent,I'm absolutely sure I cannot give the answer "there is no estimated time I can get that to you!
