The first red flag was when I called the more reputable spa services (Renaissance and Massage Envy) for a last minute massage and they were completely booked up. However, when I called Elements, they were completely open. Now I know why. The next red flag and mistake on my part is I didn’t take the time to read the reviews on this place. Clearly, there is a pattern of unprofessional management and poor customer service.



I would never return and would highly recommend not wasting your time and money here. This is NOT related to the massage therapist, only Tobi. Tobi needs a customer service course as she is extremely harsh and unprofessional to deal with, and there is an obvious pattern as I read the reviews. Your business won’t last with kind of leadership.

Front desk girls are always nice, as well as the therapist. However, owner does not regulate business thoroughly and cannot keep employees due to inconsistent promises.
