Dad's Plumbing was at my house for exactly 2 hours and 15 minutes working on a job. When the job was done, I was handed a very surprising bill. Not only did they try to charge for three hours of labor, but there was also a $126.10 part charge for "plastic". When I asked for a receipt for this $126 plastic that was used to protect my walls during the jackhammering portion of the job, I was told that they didn't have receipts. Oh and by the way, that insanely expensive plastic that they used took some paint off of my walls. Use Dad's at your own risk.

Dad's did an amazing job at our house today. So thankful that our plumbing is fixed and everyone at Dad's was so helpful!

Had to come back to fix leak 4 times. Tried to charge me each time. Finally called Buddys plumbing. They fixed it right the first time. Lady that answers phone is very rude!

Dad's is, by far, the most accomodating, polite and professional plumbing company I have done business with. As a restaurant owner I have dealt with a large number of people throughout the years but none have done as much to accomodate their customer--such as asking for a mop to clean the floor, removing their shoes before coming in, cleaning up their mess, and working quickly and itemizing their invoices. I highly recommend Dad's for anyone who seeks craftsmen who take pride in their work.

I had to call a plumber late one day and just pulled Dad's Plumbing out of the yellow pages. They came after 5 pm, were professional, courteous (and a little bit funny), completed the work and charged me an appropriate amount. I wasn't crying when I went to bed! A few weeks later, I needed a plumber and, of course, called Dad's Plumbing. I probably could have made the repair myself if I knew what I was doing (which I don't), but the job required working with a gas line. Anyway, the repair took the professionals a short 15 or 20 minutes at which time I took out my checkbook - "Do I owe you for any parts or just the service call?" I asked. "I am not going to charge you," replied the plumber. My jaw dropped and I said, "You can't do that!" To which he replied, "Yes, I can. I am the owner. I named this company Dad's so that you would feel like you were calling family when you need help." CAN YOU BELIEVE??? I will always call Dad's when I need help! Thanks, Dad's!

I don't usually take the time to write reviews, but I was very impressed with Dad's Plumbing and Drain Service. They were friendly, professional, quick, and reasonable. It is very hard to find plumbers that are honest and professional. I will definately call on them for all of my plumbing needs in the future.
