I've been here twice now, and was very impressed. The "cuppies" look so appealing, taste even better than they look and have creative names. Everything from the menu to the "cuppies" display is creatively and cleanly laid out. And get this ... they do latte art! The staff is friendly, professional & efficient. The place is just charming - well worth the drive across town, you can sit at a table or find a comfortable nook among bookshelves or the fireplace to have a more private conversation. If there is any criticism I can offer, it would be that the bathrooms could use serious revamping. Otherwise, I wish there were more shops like this.

Friendly staff, tasty treats, delightful lattes, warm atmosphere. And all around a delightful place to visit.

Best latte in the city and the cupcakes were not bad either.

Best cupcake shop in the metro. Vanilla & chocolate are blah, but the peanut butter with chocolate ganache is great! Can't beat the service...though it gets crowded in there and is sometimes slow. Can't buy more than a dozen, which is a bummer.
