Provided by YPmobileWe bought a Polaris Razor (used) from them. After less than a week of owning it the first time we used low gear it kept popping out of low gear. I called the manager, Tyson, and he said bring it on in we "will make it right." After taking it in I was told it would be a $400 job and he would go half with us. After a lot of back and forth we agreed to pay for the parts ($140). Apparently "making it right" means something totally different to him. We were told we would be called in a week or so when it was done.After 2 weeks with no phone call from them, we called them. In speaking to the service manager we were told those parts did not fix it and the low gear would have to be replaced and the parts had been ordered. No one ever authorized them to do this work (at our expense of course).They then after 2 more weeks said we owed them for half of the parts (amount seen below). I went over this again and again this morning with Tyson and he kept saying it was the "cost of doing business."
