Im incredibly happy with the service I received from Rick and the guys. Rick is an easy person to deal with, very professional and did a nice job fixing my slab leak. Much thanks to Rick and the guys for an excellent job on my slab leak. I didn't even know I could have those until I got one. My house was flooded and everything was a mess. Rick was very comforting and assured me that it was not a big deal. They did a great job on the repair and next thing I know it was done. Very glad I called these guys.

Boss Plumbing definately deserves a five star rating. They were the first company I ahd out who could actually find my slab leak. I had 2 other out before them. neither of them could find the leak and said i would have to call somebody else. Rick and Bill came out, and although it took them a while, they did manage to find the leak. They did a very good job of fixing the leak and put the concrete back perfectly. They were also very good guys to deal with. Overall, I would say these guys are 2 of the best plumbers I have ever dealt with. I would highly recommend them.

This all started when I noticed I was having very high water bills. I called Boss Plumbing and spoke with Rick. He came out with his equipment and did find a leak under the slab. He gave me a bid to do the job which was much less than I thought it would be. Rick and his helper started the job and to my suprise they were completely finished the same day. They put my concrete back flawlessly. They came back the next day and laid the carpet back down. It was if nothing had ever been done there at all. I was so impressed with these guys. When I learned that I had water leaking under my slab I freaked out. I thought this was going to be a nightmare. Rick and Bill made all my worst fears go away. They did an excellent job on the repair and we ended up having a great time along the way. These guys are great people to business with. They really seemed to have fun doing what they do, and they were great. This was absolutely the best experience I've ever had with a service company. I would most definately recommend them and will continue to use them myself. Thanks Rick and Bill!

Boss Plumbing did an excellent job on my drain backup. Came out on a sunday and was finished before anyone else even called back. I highly recommend these guys!

I would definately recommend these guys! I thought I had a slab leak so I called another company out to find it and fix it. They told me they found it and it would cost $2400 to make the repairs. I thought before i spend thast much money I'd better get a second opinion first. I called Boss Plumbing and Leak Detection. Rick came out quickly and what he found shocked me! I didn't have a slab leak at all. The pipe going to my outside faucet was leaking in the wall and had soaked my carpet. So needless to say the other guys were going to rip me off. Im glad I called Boss Plumbing. They had the problem found and fixed in about 2 hours. Annd the best part was the bill. $285! Thats much better than $2400 when I didn't even have a slab leak. I'm very satisfied with the job Rick did. Thanks!

Rick from Boss Plumbing And Leak Detection was good enough to come unstop my drain on Labor Day. They were the 5th company I had called on that day. The other places either didn't answer or told me they would have thier plumber call me back when they had time. I had family over for Labor Day and couldn't wait for someone to call me back. Rick came to my house within an hour and fixed the problem easily. Rick was finished with the job before any of the other plumbers had even called back. Rick is definately a reliable plumber and I will be calling him from now on.

I called Boss Plumbing And Leak Detection for a price on getting a slab leak fixed. I had another company out to locate the leak but I thought thier price was too high to fix it and i wanted a second opinion. Rick was who I spoke with and he quoted me a price that sounded much better, so I had him come out. I was very impressed with the care he took in his work. He made sure to keep everything very clean and when he finished it looked like I never had a problem to begin with. He did an excellent job fixing the pipe, but what I was most impressed with was how evenly and smooth the concrete was put back. I was very worried about the concrete not looking good because we have carpet over it and I was afraid the concrete patch would be noticeable. But he did an excellent job putting it back. With the carpet laying over it you can't even tell there is a patch there. I was very happy about this, and my experience with Rick and Boss Plumbing in general. A good plumber is hard to find, but I found one. Thanks Rick!

I have used "the Boss" several times now for various issues. Just wanted to say that every time he comes out, the problem is solved. He answers all my questions and is very thorough with his work. He's been great to deal with since we have been calling him. We will definately keep calling and refer him to our friends and family.

I am very impressed with Boss Plumbing and Leak Detection. Rick is a very nice person to deal with. He was the second person i had called to locate my slab leak . The first company couldn't find it. He found right where it was at and did a great job fixing it. I have had severeal plumbing issues with my house over the years, and hve used many plumbers. Boss was definately the best I have had thus far. I will continue to use him in the future and will definately recommend them!

I called Boss Plumbing to get a second opinion about my kitchen drain line. I had another company out who told me my drain pipe was collapsed and they would have to jackhammer up my floor underneath my refrigerator to replace some of the pipe. they told me it would cost about $9500. I didn't feel very comfortable with the person who was doing the work and thought he might be trying to rip me off. So just to be sure I called Boss Plumbing for a second opinion. Rick came out and was able to unstop my drain and then put a camera in the line to find the problem. He found the problem alright and the first guy was correct, the pipe was collapsed. Only one problem....It was collapsed 20 feet away from where the first guy said the problem was! If I had let him do the job, he would have broken up my new tile in the kitchen only to find nothing wrong! The problem was actually in my dining room where there is carpet. I'm so glad I called Boss Plumbing, and especially Rick to come look at this! He did have to bust up the floor in my dining room to replace the pipe, but when it was all said and done, it looked like he hadn't even been there. Everything was back in it's place. And instead of paying $9500 to have nothing fixed and my tile ruined, the bill was only $4050! Less than half of what the first guy told me! I'm so happy I called Rick, he's a lifesaver! Thank you soooo much!
