Provided by YP.comCalled them in regards to a job to clear over 50 acres of land and grade it with 20 acres being a cement pad.
The lady on the phone was rude and condescending. So I hung up the phone, this project is worth Millions of dollars and she couldn't be civil to someone offering her company a chance to bid.
It was so awestruck that I have taken time out of my day just to write this note, if she could be like this to a person wanting her to bid on a project of this magnitude, how much worse could it be to bid out a driveway.

Provided by YPmobileThe Company did a great job on our parking lots. I would use them again and recommend them to others. The Owner is very caring. I didn't like the estimator which is why I only gave them 4 stars. He can be a jerk at times.

Provided by YP.comCAUGHT THEM ONLY PUTTING 1 COAT ON MY LOT WHEN THE BILL WAS FOR 2 COATS. THEN THE SUPERVISOR LIED ABOUT DAMAGE TO MY PROPERTY AND HOW MANY COATS WAS ON LOT, LOOKED BACK AT VIDEO OF MY LOT AND ONLY 1 COAT WAS INSTALLED. THE OWNER ALWAYS BRINGS A EMPLOYEE TO DO HIS TALKING. THE ESTIMATOR USED PROFANITY AT ME WHEN ALL I WAS DOING WAS TRYING TO GET THE JOB DONE RIGHT. THE OWNER LET HIM USE THE BAD LANGUAGE, I HAD TO THROW THE ESTIMATOR OUT OF MY BUSINESS. HAVE USED THEM FOR 20 YEARS AND THEY USE TO BE GOOD. THEY ACT LIKE THEY ARE DOING YOU A FAVOR WHEN THEY COME BACK.
Once we became aware there was an issue with the workers we solved the problems. There was no profanity used. Although all issues were addressed or being addressed the customer unfortunately had been misinformed about the use of concrete around a gas meter. So the conversation she is referring too it had been stated she was not paying so it did get heated. The simple fact is companies hire employee and send them out to do work we cannot be everywhere and we would like to trust our employees. IN this case she was correct and we took proper measures to correct the damage to a gate and place a second coat of sealer.

Provided by YPmobileCalled twice to have them come out to give never got a return call. It was for a decent sized parking lot/road job. Don't understand why it's so hard to find a reputable/honest asphalt company.
I apologize for someone not calling you back. We have had a turn over in the office staff and some messages were not getting properly relayed and at times we were running 3 weeks behind on giving estimates as well. We have been in business for more than 50 years we are reputable and honest as many will attest too. if you find the need and would be willing to give us another chance please just ask to specifically for Mike or Chris to call you back and we will bid you promptly.

Provided by YP.comThe lady that answered the phone was very rude. I was caught off guard with a question she asked and I wasn't sure and she came at me with a lot of aggression I was pretty surprised.
I apologize for your experience with the office staff we of course do not encourage this type of behavior. If the date of your complaint corresponds with the time of your call we were having a turnover in office staff. If you find the need for our services again I hope you will give us another chance.
