All Biggs Storm Shelters meet or exceed FEMA 320 and ICC-500 Standards. All concrete storm shelters are 6'2" high inside. Installation is included in all pricing; dirt haul-off available for an additional fee. Slope Front models have 5 steps; Flat Top models have 7 steps. Safe rooms are shown at the bottom of the page. Today's safe rooms are designed to withstand an F5 tornado.
