he cleaners was conveniently located, and because they advertised a shirt special-I thought I would check them out. Chad the manager there and Cherie the manager for all of the OKC stores are both unprofessional and in the case of Chad a little crazy. This cleaners has broken numerous buttons on shirts, "melted" and cracked buttons on khakis, stained and literally ruined a pair of pants that they had to pay to replace. I guess my standards are much higher than this cleaners can meet--so I will take my business elsewhere. Chad announced to me gleefully, as a way to minimize the amount of money I spend at his shop, "You have only spent $500 so far this year!" Well, this being the month of May, by my calculations, tI was on track to spend $1200 for the year--and I would be willing to bet from his appearance, far more than he has devoted to personal grooming in his lifetime--what, with the foul odor he emits (body and breath). I should have listened to my instincts the moment I walked into that store--any manager who works at a dry cleaners, should not look as though they have never used one.
