Normally, I have great experiences at the Wash World location in Okemos, MI. Today, my wife and I took her one year old vehicle through to wash off some bird droppings on one door and dirt on the bottom half of the vehicle. The top of the vehicle was clean going in, but coming out, the entire vehicle (including the windows) had a hazy, greasy film. I wasted $8.00 and had to spend $3.50 at a spray-wash and re-wash the vehicle myself to get it clean. I do not know who owns this franchise location, but whomever it may be, I highly recommend repairing or replacing equipment NOW. I can see I'm not the only one with this complaint. People spend good money so they do not have to wash their vehicles by hand. Make the purchase worth the money, or your customers will stop coming.

Great service and location every wednesday all the washes are discounted. They should be that cheap everytime though with the amount of business they get
