The merger of Summit one and Wasatch peak credit unions is the biggest mess I have ever seen from a bank/CU. Letter received said checks would still work, but they don't. Completely embarrassed at the store. When I called to ask why they didn't work, they said "Oh we knew they wouldn't work, that was a TYPO." Really, a typo? They didn't even care about the members enough to send out a correction so we would know not to try to use our checks?Pins were supposed to come in the mail---DIDN'T.Between mandatory trips to the credit union to set my pin, and updating all my accounts, this has been a big pain in the neck.I have NO confidence that they can handle my money accurately, and I am certain that they don't care at all about their members.I started with this credit union over thirty years ago, but they just lost me as a member.

At this time I give Wasatch Peaks Credit Union a score of Minus-Ten . I have been a member of Alliance Credit Union since the mid l960's and have never had a moment's trouble until this merger occurred. If you cannot provide me with problem-free online access to my account by Feb 18, 2013, I will be shopping for a change of banking services.
