I called about an appointment, the employee was very rude with me for some reason and hung up on me when I confronted him about talking to his manager. called back spoke to the manager he backed him up back entirely and hung up on me as well very bad customer service skills, seems like a bad environment to get your haircut I was interested now I'm not! I'm out!

I've been getting my hair done for the past 15 years. All of the staff are really, really good at what they do.
