This review is pertaining to the Home Depot Call Center on Depot Drive, In Ogden, UT..I could not find a place to review this, however it is Home Depot... I have a BA degree and many years of Leadership and have worked at this call center for a year with excellent attendance and being in the top 15 of approximately 300 employees, I never was given opportunities to move up. The company itself, the store I still enjoy....however the management in this call center is poor and unstable, moving up seemed to be based on favortism and popularity and not on merit or experience. Tenured agents are let go as they are due for raises and younger inexperienced agents are hired until they no longer serve their purpose. It is like any other call center, the pay is decent as are the benefits if you dont mind feeling like you are back in high school with all the drama and unfairness if you are not 20 something and popular there! Keep your head low and fly under the radar and its a pay check until you are tired of seeing promotions happen that aren't deserved....
