I want to update my review of Techna Glass on 12 th. I definitely did not have a fun experience with losing my ECU from a windshield that did not fully seal. The store manager Daks, went out of his way to make things right. After many failed attempts at getting the computer for my Toyota, he went ahead and ordered the failed part at his nickel and replaced my windshield as timely and professionally as it could have been done. Everyone has good days and bad and he helped my bad day in numerous ways. Thanks and I would not hesitate to use Techna Glass services again. I am whole again.

ABSOLUTELY DON'T GO HERE! 1. Their Technicians are not well trained. 2. They installed the wrong windshield and when I called to find out why they hadn't charged me, they admitted their mistake. 3. Since they didn't charge me for their cheap CHINESE glass, they also wouldn't stand behind their work. 4. The installed broke my clips so consequently the trim went flying off one day and scared us to death. 5) They also left air 4 really nice big air pockets so I could hear all kinds of whistling. When I did take my car back to fix the air pockets and get them to replace the clips & trim, they told me they wouldn't warranty the work or pay to replace the parts they broke. 6) When they "fixed" the air pockets, they slathered their cheap 6 hour black rubber glue all over the inside of my car. I took pictures. 7) When I called the office two Saturday's ago, the girl I talked to said she couldn't find an invoice, therefore they never installed my windshield. How do you like that? Today I had Steve from ABRA come out and help me install the $80 worth of parts I bought to replace the clips & trim. As he's working on my car, he can see all the different places the windshield "lifts", he showed me the black glue all over the place, and he also noticed that the windshield was installed too low, and YES it's the wrong windshield despite what the technician in the Clearfield store says. If you're reading this, BUYER BEWARE! This is not a reputable company. They don't care about you, your car or your safety! I wouldn't give them any stars if there was a choice here.

Do not use this company. The installers are not well trained. They hacked up my vehicle and left black rubber glue all over my paint. They also left a mess of glass for me to clean up myself. I would not recommend this company. I will go with a locally owned company next time. I have had enough techna glass.
