Better location

The new snap location and ownership is much better than the last. Still has room to implore.

Turned in to collections

My husband was turned over to collections. He lost his job, so we had the manager put the membership on hold. After 3 months the manager called us again to start taking money out of our checking account. We told him he was still out of work and asked if they would keep the memembership on hold. After this, my husband went in and spoke to someone, told them our situation. He kindly cancelled the membership - or so we thought. The next thing we know, we received a call from collections stating that he owes $175.00. I explained the situation, then called the manager to find out why we had been turned in. He said the owner had turned in "many" people and he doesn't have access to the records. I asked for the owner's name; he told me he didn't know - I asked for a phone number...he said he didn't have one, and that I needed to work through collections. He did tell me to have the collection agency call him and he would tell them what happened, but this is not resolved.

hope they are out of business soon

also just got sent to collections as well as my lil brother , never had one attempt to contact me telling me i owed 60$ this now is multihundred dollar and ruined credit , i havent stepped foot in there for two years, last i knew i had called and canceled over the phone, and the employee seemed nice and i thought that was that. i called them and it sounds like the owner has turned hundreds of people into collections , with no prior attempts at contacting people. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY, OWNER HOPE YOU GET SOME KARMA COMING YOUR WAY, MANY PEOPLE ARE BEING AFFECTED BY YOUR POOR BUSINESS ETHIC.

I was just sent to collections by this company and I haven't been a member for over two years. I paid monthly by check. DO NOT SUPPORT THIS BUSINESS!

READ BEFORE JOINING

This gym has no customer service what so ever, they say no contracts but once your in they find every trick in the book to keep charging your Visa, even a $10 fee for each month you don't want to keep your ( NO CONTRACTS ) with them for the months you don't feel like going or another good one is a 30 day notice that you must give them in writing before they will cancel your (NO CONTRACTS) or they will keep on charging your Visa or what ever you give them even after you tell them not to, then its your responsibility to disput it with your card company. and to top all this off the machines are alway broken for weeks at a time and when they are working your not sure that you want to use them because they are so dirty! So Be Very Aware Before Joining snaps in North Ogden.

Very Poor

Poor Management, Gym is Dirty, Equipment is broken, Trainers rip you off, No showers, No private lockers, Not worth the money.
