They won't give me my money back from there car wash that didn't work. The employee that I told he had red hair. He said come back and talk to the boss it's not my problem. Ok then he slammed the door in my face.. well it's not my problem that your car wash jacket 15.00 dollars from me ether he then laughing at me and locked the door

Blair's Service is now the only place I go for vehicle repairs. They are completely honest, competent and fair and have saved me from wasting a bunch of money at the local Subaru and Jeep service centers on overpriced repairs and parts that did not need to be replaced. They are busy at times, because they are so good.

My vehicles are always done when they say they will be.

This is a dishonest company with ignorant employees. Horrible customer service. Save your time and money and go somewhere else. They tried telling me my vehicle needed certain parts. The parts they told me were OK and didn't need fixing. The one guy kept yelling at me when I told him the real part I wanted fixed. Horrible experience here and won't ever come back and I hope people do the same.

The attendant that was working the store on 8/9/15, around 7:00 p.m. is one of the most ignorant cashiers I have ever come across. He really needs a class in people friendly courses. I suggest if you dont like youre job.... find a different carreer. Dont be rude to the customers in which are paying youre check. Seriously. Just RUDE.
