Blaine drove 2-hours, through a snowstorm, to our family mountain cabin to keep his appointment. He was timely, considering the circumstances, and completed the repair in 20-minutes. He tested the appliance and it worked like it was new. Blaine has worked on other appliances for us and his workmanship, attention to detail, and professionalism is greatly appreciated. This time, the tech was helpful and informative. Told me they could fix something the last tech said was "not fixable", and asked me questions that helped him to diagnose my problem. Best service I have had from Sears in years.

Everything was fine, just wish technician would have talked a little bit more to me about the service he completed and recommendations for any future maintenance.

Have always had great service, until now. I have been getting the run around to get my dishwasher fixed under my service warranty. It has been 2 weeks since I called and will have to wait another week or the technician to come out AGAIN just to order a part that I was told would be ordered on my initial call. If I am lucky, I might have a working dishwasher by Christmas.

Very dissatisfied with the service we got. You could tell he did not want to be there and could not wait to leave. Washer still does the same out of balance it did before.
