How's this for a used vehicle company! My husband and i bought a '92 ford 250 pickup truck, and a 2002 P.T. Cruiser. We have be very pleased with both vehicles Then the P. T. was in a wreck and we needed another car. So we went back down to SS Auto Brokers and the first vehical my husband saw was a 2004 Jeep Grand Cherokee, and the salesman was very honest. He told my husband that the only problem with it was that there was the "throttle position sensor. They replaced it along with a tune up and a couple other things. We took it home and there was another problem...which we took it down and they took it and tried AND TRIED AND TRIED to find the problem. Finally, they did!!! The whole time they didn't charge us for any of the work. What they did find was a transmission sensor was having a problem...they replaced both of them. They saved us a great deal of money! They didn't legally have to do all this, they just did! Thanks so very much guys!!! Your the best!!!!!!! Mike and sherry Mann

I have to make this short?? SS auto destructed the property on the car i purchased from them and refuses to pay for it. Also the car has major tuning problems and they refuse to stand by the cars they sell. Ive put $430 into it in 4 weeks and still not done because they did not tell me that the car had after market parts that conflict with eachother. They have lied to me atleast 10 times that ive cought. They removed my tint 2 weeks after i had purched the car and didnt even have the respect to tell me. I had to find out on my own. Chad told me that if i sew they will win because they have good lawyers who have settled out of court every law suit brought against them before. (hmmm.. i wonder how many that is....) This company is rediculous. No wonder they dont have a profile with the BBB. Could have been an isolated incident but refusing to fix the property that you destroyed is unacceptable. Brian H.
