We'll, they were good until they started sending out people who did not know how to put on a safety belt, sat down and just watched TV, and then I was told by one of the Home Aids that they had a learning disability, that their memory was defective. That made me feel comfortable…

Anyway I was told I was too "CONTROLING". We'll if i have to pay that much, I would hope the company would realize that they are responsible to send people who can do the job, and if they can't the company is responsible and should take ownership that those issue. I will not be using them again, as the customer is ultimately responsible for the care and we are paying fort shoddy work. the so be it. I will be as controlling as need be!!!! This was not just one person but several. I won't be using them again.
