Gary tells me that they always offer their customer good, better, and best? options, educate them on the products, and then let their customer make the final choice. We don't do the hard sell on a particular brand, he explains. We want our customer to be educated on what we can do for them, so they are confident in the decision they make. Gary tells me he personally trains all of his installers, on top of the certifications that come from their suppliers, and that gives them confidence. The installers that work for me have my name on their shirt and vehicle, and they know how to take care of that reputation I have built so hard to establish, says Gary. One day, I'm going to turn this business over to my son, he explains, and that name had better still be a good one. That is also why Gary makes sure that each of his employees have a current Utah driver's license or ID card, and are drug tested.
