You Get what you pay for

Had these guys out two years ago, they changed my springs and one has already broken. My luck there warranty is only one year. I got what I payed for.

I almost didn't go with this company after reading the other reviews, but I talked to Ken and he reassured me that they give you a quote over the phone and that's exactly what it costs when they show up. "Prices Guaranteed!" I was quoted $160.00 dollars on the phone to replace my garage door springs. Ken was very knowledgeable and friendly. He showed up when he said he would and replaced the springs in about 20 minutes. There was no service call fee. I wrote a check for exactly $160.00, which was almost $100 cheaper than some of the other companies that I called. He also showed me how to lubricate all the rollers and the springs to help extend the life of the springs. I am extremely satisfied with the service I received!

RIP OFF ARTISTS

Called on Monday, gave them the information on the torsion spring I need replaced. Company says $69-$139 to replace it, including labor/service call charge & the 24.95 discount for mentioning the DEX ad. GREAT! That's cheaper than the last guy! I set up an appointment for the following day between 10 & noon. Installer arrives at 11AM-GREAT again! Then he starts in with "you need this & that, la di da. I ask how much. His reply, We have 3 options. Replace the single spring that my garage door NEEDS, $275 minimum. A complete overhaul that it DOES NOT NEED, I'm looking at $400+. I clarified the $275 with just 1 spring being replaced. Sure enough, just 1 spring. I told him I would have to hold off, because that price is almost DOUBLE what I was quoted over the phone the day prior. The guy says "fine, good luck w/your garage door. And I still have to charge you the service fee since I came out." I told him to forget it, I'm not paying that, and sent him away. Can you say CON ARTISTS!

Terrible Service

Scheduled a time for work to be done 6 days in advance. They gave me a 2 hour time frame they would be there(8-10 a.m.) At 10:30 still no one there. I call and they said they would call the repair man and see where he was and call right back. 11:30 still no call back. Call again and they wont answer my call leave a message just wanting some info. No one ever showed, no call. Great job guys, I can tell you will be around for a long time with service like that!!
