Are you overwhelmed with debt because of an illness, divorce, accident, loss of work or overtime, or just plain poor financial planning? Do bill collectors call you at home or work? Are you afraid that your wages will be garnished? Are you being sued by creditors for bills that you are unable to pay? Are you in fear of losing your home, your car, or your furniture? Has your house been foreclosed or your car repossessed leaving you with a balance due on the property that you no longer own? If you have answered "Yes" to any of the above questions, filing bankruptcy may be the direction you should take to regain control of your financial situation. The first step in determining whether filing bankruptcy is an appropriate option for your situation is to schedule a free consultation. During your consultation, we'll have a conversation in which you tell me, in all confidentiality, what your current situation is based on information about your debts, assets, income and monthly expenses. Then, together, we explore the best path. Whether it's a Chapter 7 or Chapter 13 Bankruptcy, debt consolidation, or fighting back against bill collector harassment, you'll receive patient, positive and comprehensive advice. The important thing for you to know is that there are options open to you and that no situation is hopeless.

I was in a accident in 2010 and hospitalized for almost a month and it got really costly. I am disabled and low income and Paul took my case and has been extremely awesome very easy to talk to and he shows that he cares about his clients. I would definitely recommend him to anyone. I want to say to paul, thank you for everything, you are really a great guy

This is one of the best guys I have ever met. I was in an accident over 5 years ago and have seen that attorney only 2 times in 5 years. Paul has been my bankruptcy attorney for 2 weeks and has met with me 3 times already!! Great man, and awesome secretary!! She is very helpful when Paul is busy and extremly knowledgable. Would recommend these guys to ANYONE!!!

Great Attorney

We went to Paul not knowing what we should do we discussed our situation and came to the conclusion that bankruptcy was the right option. Paul helped us get through it. He was there always to answer our questions and he took the time to listen to us and helped us get the bankruptcy behind us. I would recommend him to anyone who has found them selves in financial distress.
