My 90 year old Aunt WALKED into that facility being able to recite dates. Keep in mind she was only on two meds (thyroid and blood pressure) at that time. With in three days she was incoherent. in another week she was in the ICU, they were talking to us about end of life decisions. after six diagnoses... they booted her out of ICU to a rehab facility, all better they said. WTH! she has a feeding tube, on oxygen, on insulin and all kinds of other drugs, a poop and pee bag and still freaking incoherent.... Dont take your loved one there....
