My car had a dead battery yesterday. AAA told me it would be about 40 minutes for a service truck to assist me. The tech arrived in less time and found my battery needed to actually be replaced. He did so immediately after making all the tests to make certain. Then removed the old dead one and replaced with a brand new one and I was on my way. Tom was an amazing service tech. He deserves a solid 10 Star rating. Thank you so much Tom!!!

charged my credit card twice and would not give me a refund after I provided a bank statement showing there error. Zac Baur is a lier. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY

With a serious gasoline leak I did not dare to drive my car one more mile. My insurance company contacted Ogden Auto Roadside Service, who responded immediately. Tryston arrived within 20 minutes. He was very knowledgable; he checked out my complaint, checked out my vehicle, and delivered us to my mechanic in short order.
