Mountain Alarm is such a great company to both work for and provide service to our customers I feel that everyone here at mountain deffinatly gives their all and as an installer I love getting customers all they were looking for in cameras, access control and home automation!

Mountain alarm came to my house and installed a new System quick and took the time to teach me how to use the App as well. Very professional

I've done extensive research into regional security companies and have been completely satisfied with Mountain Alarm. Their free home or business assessment, installation, monitoring and customer service have been top notch. My system is cellular, so I don't need a phone line and I can interact with it (lights, thermostat, door locks, garage door, etc) via my smartphone or iPad (even my smartwatch). This comes in especially handy when I'm travelling or my family is on vacation. They're a LOCAL company, which is a big deal to me and their pricing was better than the door to door companies I compared prices with.

The installer 'Rick' is a very nice person. He knows the product and if he doesn't he will find out. Unfortunitally, I had so many problems with my alarm not sending signal due to internet problems, service issues and equipment problems. I would NOT recommend this company. I've spent close to two grand setting up my two homes and when I want to cancel two months early they wouldn't let me off the hook for the two months. Even though my alarm hasn't been working for the last four months. They said they would come hook up in my other house if I signed another 1 year contract. Well, not going to happen. Oh and the last complaint I have, I got tired of looking at the computer board dangling from the pot shelf from a wire. Totally exposed. Looked wonderful hanging there with the flashing red and green lights and the guts of the device visible for all to see.
