Well that was roller coaster ride to say the least. I would highly recommend that if you can find another dentist, go that route. The dentist is the most unprofessional out of all the doctors I've ever been too. First he broke a small tool off in my gum during the root canal procedure. Oh but don't worry you'll be fine he says. Second the temporary crown popped out a half dozen times. Then the time came to get my permanent crown installed and the mold they made was incorrect so had to send out for a new porcelain. And last but not least I finally went in 2 months after the procedure first began, the doctor had left because I was 10 minutes late and wanted to reschedule again. Do they not realize that I've missed countless hours of work to correct what should had been done the first time. I can say with no doubt in my mind that they are the most unprofessional dentist office in UT! Run, Run, Run to another dentist, steer clear.

Temp Crown came off 3 times . Dentists work on too many patients at one time. Then after Dr. Vernon

finished the perm crown he says "We may have to do a root canal' 5 or 6 days later I was dying with pain.



they refused to give me a referral to a dfferent office, even though insurance company allowed it. The insurance company did an emergency transfer to another dental office to obtain professional care and root canal. Monarch's hygenist Mike is great, but don't get anything else done

To abbreviate a long story, I cancelled my appt with an endodontist in SL, because I was told that I had an appt with an endo here at Monarch who charged $200 less per tooth.



Turns out he was not an endodontist & charged MORE than the one in SL I was originally supposed to see. By the time I got to see a real endodontist at Monarch, he told me he didn't have the appropriate equipment there to do the work. I had already paid thru the nose once to change my airline ticket, in order to go here, rather than SL, & United would not let me make another change w/out paying a whole new fare.



This wasn't bad enough, but even though NOTHING was done to my teeth, I was charged for the visits. I reluctantly paid everything they asked for, but now they are still billing me for more.



If you can get beyond the office help,you might have a chance; I did like the dentists I saw, particularly Dr. Fisher.
