Unfriendly and unhelpful. I usually prefer to deal with small companies, because they are more likely to treat their customers like people, instead of disposable sources of cash--but in this case, I'd say these guys are less helpful, less friendly, and certainly care less about their customers than the hired help at the standard big box pharmacies (Walgreen's, etc.)

It only adds insult to injury that their motto is "Caring Beyond Prescriptions". How depressing.
