Tried to use this company to book a reservation for my dying mother from a prepaid voucher I received at a Christmas party. First they said they would get right back, but in the same conversation recommended that I call them because they wouldn't get back to me. Sure enough, they never contacted me again. I was also never able to get through to them again regardless of what time of day I called or who's voicemail I left messages with. After many attempts made by me and my mother, I lodged a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. They never responded to them either. This business has all the markers of a scam!

The vacation package was fantastic, no one could believe the great price. It was set up perfectly all we had to do was relax and enjoy. Thanks Ty
