Very disappointed in the workmanship and the customer response to the problems we have pointed out to them. The awning leaks in several places which caused ice and a big mess on the patio. The reason we had it installed was to prevent ice and snow on the patio in the first place. The rain gutter that was installed ran into a place that would not drain, and would undermine and wash out the base under the cement for the patio (which is a very expensive custom patio). When we have tried to get the problems resolved all they give us is excuses, and have not fixed anything. I would look elsewhere if a quality job is important to you.

I contacted Kool Breeze via their website for an awing cover. When Brad arrived I discovered that they built patio decks, so an awing went to a deck, patio cover, sunroom, and a new carport cover. If you are looking for a quality product, workmanship, and great value and price, then you must contact Kool Breeze! They have been in business for over 40 years, and they are local. So Kool Breeze has a reputation to live up to, and trust me they do! They want your business and they are willing to earn it. Great quality, value, and price, and very personal. Kool Breeze understands customer service and wants you to be completely satisfied. I HIGHLY recommend Kool Breeze!
